The Ice War

     The internet and airplanes changed war. North Korea will deploy some of their military in Ukraine. This is a new type of war. We have had the "heated" World War, with global direct confrontation, the Cold War with Global indirect confrontation, and now the Ice War, world direct confrontation but territorial. Meaning, war is made by deploying "airplanes" and soldiers, and internet, but are restricted, by area.

Two countries having nothing to do with each other are now at war: Ukraine and North Korea. They don't have mutual subjects of interest, not even territorials or economics differences, and now they are engagging war.

This is basicly made by new slopy forms of association: as the most important of all the BRICS. Brazil India, Russia and China, doesn't have common history backgrounds, common geopolitical interests or neather territorial confrontation or alliance.

These new forms of association, not by territory proximity, not by geopolitical interests, not by culture, are changing the type of war. The war of interest on association. The war of the desire of keeping theirselves bounded by alliances of complainings. These boundings were made by lack of nacional society support, then, searching support on the international scenary, as on unsual allies.

The BRICS are following Lula's desires of power and the needs of China. Which, in the case of the BRICS Russia's war on Ukraine mostly, is, food, before exported to Maghreb, now wanted in China. They are also following the China's pressure on Russia, but the Russia's constantly need of engaging direct war through centuries, by east european society expansion. It's also known the geopolitical interests at a west sea control, as the Black Sea, on atlantic needs.

The Ice War has also un important meaning. As the ice, this world will blow off with the continuum of it as it is, as the ice is melting. Or this world ends or the Ice War will transform this world in a real Babel Tower.

The institution of the 5 "veto" countries on the Security Council, stablishing not the avoidment of war, but The Ice War as it is, where the top 5 countries doesn't reach to engage war against each other, but new, direct, distant, and informed wars. 

The Babel Tower concept also brings an other element, the languages disturbances. The cultural divergences are first of all comunication divergences. As humans, we should see people by our proximities, nor by our divergences. But proximities means knowledgement, meaning information, then comunication. 

Therefore, the use of only one language must be approval by UN. Where misunderstanding of english, bladly use of it, and strange accents, and on very long repeated speeches are becaming the UN a Babel Tower. We should all reconize the unhability of the UN to avoid war, mostly for three reasons: comunication problems (as there should be only one language at the UN, portuguese, or french, or esperanto, where both of them are more easely understood), the read and not spoken of the position document, also making it written, public at the UN website, as fasting up the speeches, and ending translations at the UN (you, and you and only are an expression of yourself)

Besides the UN being the multicultural way of interation, and the dream of a future for this world, improving us, the international society and societies around the world, the UN is bounding the Ice War, as the same time not avoiding it, and buiding the top 5 veto countries actions on the world through the UN.

The Ice War is a path to only one options, a big scale world at war.

Q'uest que c'est q'une Nation pour le future

 Le Emploi Social  L'emploi c'est la forme comme nous, l'humanité, partagons pour vivre en societé civilizé. Je fait bien attencion a cette mot, civilization, parce que l'intention ici c'est ne que de differencie la société que "nous" les civilizés avons de cella des "indians", dont les indians ont une société ou il n'y a pas des emplois et surtout des rélations avec de l'argent, ou il vient l'importance de l'imploi et l'utilization de ce mot. L'imploi c'est sourtout notre façons de nous mantenir en société mais aussi de nous grandir, comme personne, encore como un emploié, et même comme être humain. Le imploi c'est, en plus importance, notre façons de organizer notre société et la vie adulte. Dans un emploi il a des differents travails. Il a encore des travails dehors l'emploi, comme à la maison, en école ou université, ou à la maison. Des travails comme nettoier les vest, amener le chien à la rue, ou lire en ...

  From a Nation to the Future The social work      Working is how, we, the humankind, share living as civilized society. I clearly remark the word civilization, because the intention is only to oppose the society “we”, the civilized, have from the “indians” one, where they have a society without work, as, most of all, without relations with money, from “ours”.      The work is “our” way of keeeping us as society, but growing, as people, still workers, employers and human beings. Work is our way to organize “our” society and our adult life.     At  work, there are plany tipes of jobs. So we have jobs outside the work environment, as at home or at school. Jobs like doing the laundry, walk the dog out, read a book at school, doing an exam at university, searching for the outpark ball on a field, or buying coke for a party, among others.      A job is not only part of working, but at work “we” have certain of getting jobs...
